Our team of project managers and specialised translators work with you to define your terminology preferences and translation style using glossaries, thesauruses and templates. How do I count the words in the document?

We will do the counting for you. Send us the document by email or attach it to the quote request form.
Alternatively, you can enter an estimated word count in the quote request form or send it by email. Our project managers will then provide you with a rough estimate of the cost.

Do you work for companies or private individuals?

We mostly work with companies, but we are also happy to offer our services to private individuals.

Can you keep the layout the same?

Of course we can! We ensure that the layout is reproduced for all editable formats (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

How much does a translation cost?

The costs vary according to the number of words, the type and format of the documents, and the language combination required. Ask us for a free quote!

Do you offer a certified translation service?

If you request it, we can issue a certificate attesting to the conformity and accuracy of the translation with the original text. This certification is not to be confused with our official (sworn) translation service. With sworn translation, the translator officially certifies the accuracy of the translation and its correspondence with the original text and assumes civil and criminal liability in a public deed. Do the costs shown include VAT?

The costs indicated in the quotes do not include VAT.
VAT is shown on the invoice according to the rate applied in each country for:

  • Private customers resident in the European Union
  • Companies based in the European Union with no VAT number.
  • Italian individuals and companies.

How do I pay?

Once the work has been delivered, we will send you an electronic invoice with payment details and instructions.
You can pay using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
